I want to give thanks to some people that helped make this event great.

The Knights of Columbus for the facility and working with us.

Stephen Perret for donating his time and pork loin that went into making the great jambalya.

Cajun Gourmet for the top quality mudbugs at a fair price.

Cale for being a great DJ even when the rest of his team is outside playing. The music is a big part of the event.

Everyone who helped clean, cook, and serve the bugs. From setting up to mopping the floors, every job is important.
